HPA Sites offer terms

The standard HPA Sites offer is for Malaysian dental clinics. The website build fee is RM0 when you purchase an eligible annual hosting plan from HPA.

The standard build is an informational website. It can include clinic and team information, a services overview and supported service pages, contact information, WhatsApp and call actions, map, opening hours, mobile optimisation, SSL, hosting, technical SEO foundations, AI-discovery foundations and access to supported editor fields.

Hosting is RM500 per year. A domain registered through HPA is priced per ending, from RM80 per year, and the exact price is shown before payment. Payment is by card through Stripe and the plan renews automatically each year until cancelled.

Hosting and domain fees become non-refundable once payment is made. You may cancel future renewal before the next renewal charge through the available billing controls or by contacting support@hpa.group. Cancellation does not refund the current paid term.

The 5-minute go-live window starts only after payment has cleared, all required onboarding fields are complete, required media has uploaded successfully, the submitted information has been approved for publication and publication consent has been given.

Live means the website is publicly accessible on an HPA web address. A custom domain may connect later because domain availability, registrar access, verification and DNS propagation are outside the 5-minute commitment.

The commitment pauses when HPA is waiting for missing, unclear, inaccessible or unusable information, media, access or approval from you. Events outside HPA's reasonable control may also delay delivery.

The standard offer does not include ecommerce, patient accounts, booking-system development, databases, custom integrations, custom application workflows, bespoke code or unlimited HPA-managed revisions.

You can use the provided editor to update supported wording, services, team details, photos and videos. HPA controls the site structure, design system, platform code and the range of editable elements.

Connecting a domain you already own is included at no additional HPA fee, provided you give the access and cooperation required. The domain itself remains subject to your existing registrar's charges and terms.

A domain registered through HPA is priced per ending at the registrar's renewal cost plus HPA's margin, from RM80 per year, and the exact price is shown before payment. Premium domains, aftermarket domains and extensions with higher registration or renewal costs require a separate quote and approval before purchase. Domain availability is never guaranteed until registration succeeds.

You confirm that the clinic details, claims, licences, names, photographs, videos, logos and other materials you provide are accurate and that you have the rights, permissions and patient or individual consents needed for HPA to use and publish them.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving the information before publication and for the compliance of content you supply or later edit. Do not submit patient records or private health information through the onboarding form or editor. HPA may refuse material submitted during onboarding that is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, infringing or technically unsuitable.

Edits you make yourself through the provided editor publish to your live website immediately, with no review by HPA. HPA does not check self-edits for compliance, before or after they go live. You remain solely responsible for making sure your website, including anything you add or change yourself, meets applicable Malaysian law and professional advertising requirements, including those of the Ministry of Health and the Malaysian Dental Council. Section 11 covers HPA's right to act on a website in breach.

You retain ownership of the original content and domain you supply or purchase for your clinic. You give HPA the permission needed to process, adapt, host and display that content while providing the service.

HPA owns the platform, templates, design system, software, processes and reusable components that run the website. The hosting plan gives you a limited right to use the published website through HPA while the account remains paid and in good standing.

This section applies to a personal website purchased by an individual dentist rather than a clinic. Every other section of these terms applies to a personal website the same way it applies to a clinic website.

The personal site belongs to you as the individual practitioner, not to any clinic. You confirm that you are authorised to publish the name, address, phone number and other details of the clinic where you practise, and to route enquiries from your website to that clinic.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the qualifications, registration details and any specialist claims you provide. If you use the word specialist or name a dental specialty, you confirm you are registered in the Specialist Division of the Dental Register for that specialty under the Dental Act 2018. You confirm this when you approve your information for publication, and again whenever you edit a qualification or specialist claim later. HPA does not verify these details against the Malaysian Dental Council register or any other professional register.

Any photo or video you upload for your personal website must not make a patient identifiable. This applies to every image you add, including images you add later through your account.

Your content, data and domain stay yours. HPA owns the platform and system that runs the site, the same as the clinic offer.

HPA provides technical SEO and structured information intended to help search engines and AI tools understand the clinic. Google, other search engines and AI platforms control their own results. Rankings, traffic, citations, leads and revenue are not guaranteed.

The RM5,000 custom website option is quoted only after HPA approves the reference and requested feature. No payment link is issued until that scope is accepted. Once paid, the custom fee is non-refundable.

The approved scope may include one reference-led unique template, one minor custom feature and up to three revision rounds while remaining an informational website. A minor feature must be isolated, require no database, account, payment flow, sensitive-data handling, external integration, new administration workflow or recurring third-party cost, and be capable of implementation and testing within one working day.

A reference is used for direction only. HPA will not copy another website's protected copy, media, branding or code. Anything outside the approved scope requires a new quote.

Email support@hpa.group for platform, access, domain and editor issues. HPA targets a first response within two working days. Content writing, marketing work and new custom development are outside standard support.

You may unpublish the website. HPA may suspend it for non-payment, misuse, security risk, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. If the plan is not renewed, the website goes offline at the end of the paid term. HPA retains its configuration for 30 days to support restoration, after which restoration is not guaranteed.

The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, HPA is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or outcomes controlled by third-party platforms, registrars, networks or customer-supplied material.

These offer terms are read together with the HPA Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If an approved custom scope states a different term for that custom work, the approved scope controls only that difference. Malaysian law governs these terms.
